FRC: Import Formation Templates
The Formation Ratio Calculator supports importing existing formation templates from the website. If you have already configured teams, positions, and ally actions in the formation template page, import the template first, then complete the Fiend environment, Fiend skills, and calculation settings in FRC.
1. Open Import Template
Click "Import Template" at the top of the FRC main page.

After opening it, choose the template source you want to import from.
2. Available sources

Available sources currently include:
- Public Templates: Formation templates publicly shared by other players.
- My Templates: Templates you created yourself, including local and cloud templates.
If you have a cloud template share link, you can also import a specific template from that link.
3. What does import create?
After importing a formation template, FRC creates:
- Team settings
- Rounds
- Ally turn actions
- Character positions and action order
- Character action data that can be converted from the template
After import, you can continue editing Rounds, character actions, and team settings directly in FRC.
4. What still needs to be completed?
Formation templates mainly describe the ally rotation. They do not fully replace FRC's Fiend and calculation settings. After importing, recheck:
- Whether environment settings match the current Fiend
- Whether Fiend attackable parts and head position are correct
- Whether Fiend attribute, attack type, base stats, and SP are correct
- Whether Fiend skills have been created
- Whether each Fiend turn has the correct skill selected
- Whether calculation members should be optimized or use manually entered final stats

5. Overwrite warning
Importing a template replaces the current FRC rotation and team settings. If the current page already has FRC data you are editing, confirm whether you need to save it first.
Recommended flow:
- If the current FRC rotation should be kept, save it with "Formation Presets" first.
- Click "Import Template".
- After import, check teams, Rounds, and ally actions.
- Complete the Fiend environment and Fiend skills.
- Start calculation last.
6. FAQ
Q. Why do I still need to set Fiend turns after importing a formation template?
A. Formation templates mainly save ally team and action data. FRC's Fiend skills, Fiend states, and Fiend turns must be set separately.
Q. Can I continue editing after import?
A. Yes. The imported content becomes the current FRC rotation. You can continue adding Rounds, adjusting actions, changing teams, or completing Fiend settings.
Q. Does import affect the original formation template?
A. No. Import only converts the template data into editable data on the current FRC page. It does not modify the original template.
